Delivery
We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked Delivery* on all UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 are charged at a standard flat rate.
Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking information directly to your email.
*Orders over a certain size or weight may be fulfilled by an alternative courier such as DPD or UPS. You will receive full tracking information regardless of the courier used.
Dispatch Timeframes
- HEAD & PUMA branded orders — dispatched by us within 1–2 working days.
- i-sports Training Wear Range — items are at times transferred in prior to dispatch, which can take approximately 3–5 business days before your order is sent out. This is illustrated at checkout.
Returns
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and we believe that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you do change your mind, we offer hassle-free returns* on all UK orders.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all the original packaging and tags intact so that items can be resold. If we find that items have not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition** we reserve the right to refuse a full refund on the item.
- Please contact us before sending any item back. If an exchange is needed please place a new order thus ensuring the availability of a product and a faster despatch. Please feel free to message us should any item be out of stock and we will advise.
- Where an order is returned which was shipped with Premium Delivery, no refund shall be made for the delivery cost.
*Please note: for bulk orders or items exceeding Royal Mail's standard returns dimensions, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
**For hygiene reasons all underwear is non-returnable if worn.
